I think
www.vdubcustoms.com uses cut down drums for one of their brake conversion kits. Check out their website to see what they have available. I don't have any experiance with the Volvo calipers but I can say that the 2nd and 3rd generation Mazda RX-7's have nice 4 pot calipers that I have seen on a few brake conversion kits. You might be able to redrill some 944 rear hubs to whatever bolt patttern you need. As long as the rotor you use is close to the same diameter and thickness as the (944) rotor you might be able to use the 944 rear calipers and mounting brackets. The 944 single pot calipers are cheap to buy and easy to rebuild as long as you have the patience for the little plastic spacers in the rear calipers.
