the problem with the front wheels is that a late model super has a very wide
front track and if you want to run a 7" wide wheel it will have to be a minimum
of a 50mm offset to fit it under the front arch. In order to run wheel with a
minimum of a 50mm offset, you will need to run a narrower front strut (80mm)
If you do not run a narrow strut, then you will have to run a wheel with no
more then a 40mm offset. The problem with these wheels will be that you
may need to run a wider fender for the wheels not to stick out past the edge.
In the rear you should run a 7" wide wheel as well unless you plan on using
the 944 brakes and/or 944 aluminum trailing arms, because both of these add
width to your rear track, which you will need if you plan on using an 8.5" or 9"
rear wheel. If you use a 7" wheel with a 40 to 45mm offset, no spacer will be
needed. If it is 50 to 55mm offset, you will need a minimum of a 10mm spacer.
