It'll be a little tedious, but i think i am going to flare one side of the car, and make a pattern at 90deg, 75deg, and 105deg with a center-point at the wheel hub to match up the flares on each side. anyone have and metal shaping skills?
i have made my own from cheap mexican steel wings, now granted my metal work skills are not great and there is a lot of filler involved but the end result was flawless, i only made one set and i didnt think it was worth taking a fiberglass mould of them before final finish painting them.

there is an opportunity for someone to make steel wings and take them to your local glass fiber guy, and get him to make copies.

with there being a ready supply of wide fiberglass arches i didnt see the point and i was a skint student at the time, so i couldnt afford the up front costs of getting a set of moulds made. in fact i couldnt afford to buy the f/glass ones that kersher did, 1 big tub of fillen and a lot of time was cheaper for me back then.

if the wings ever need to be replaced i would probably just buy the kersher ones now.

it was a relatively simple process, if anyone wants more information or pictures reply here or send my you email address in a pm.
