That's the idea, i'm gonna be using the tunnel and thats about it, I just don't want to worry about the body mounts.
I'm making 1" X 1.5" box tubing or whatever fits in the channel where the body bolts go and then a 14 point cage tieing into the front struts, to the rear struts, the transmission mounts, and then the motor mounts, so I think the car will be plenty stiff.
The frame head for a super is $300 then the control arms and the struts and so on and so on. I can get the whole front suspension from a 993 spindle to spindle with stuts for $800 (then lanner will have another project [aka more cayenne stuff]). So I think the Supa is out. Unless some one can persuade me otherwise. My girlfriend is tired of hearing about it and so are my friends. I need to join a club...wait Germanlook is the only club on the planet that understands my GL disease! Thanks guys for your input. Keep it comming I still need to know if the Supa will do what i'm looking for.
