Soul,
I can rebuild it but I wanted it rebuilt because my carb shop flows my carbs for free. They also tune it to my engine size and specs. Oh and the shaft the the butterflys mount on is striped. I found 4 of them on ebay but they were from hawaii and were not worth anything at all.
