True.

My issues at the time were with the front. Adding 2" there would have forced me to have added the Big Mama's on the rear as stock and 1¼" wouldn't do. My 16x6½ BBS's would have looked petite even if I tacked on some major spacers to get the wheels out of hiding.
If I had gone that route, the entire concept would have changed. Actually, it would have reverted back to my original intentions I had planned for a 1303.
I view the 1302 and 1303 as different cars. I like the idea of the 1302 being a "should've car" -- a combination of something VW
should've done back then and
should've done now if they still made them. I also like the idea of a 1303 being really over the top, pushing the envelope, being outside the box, and whatever other metaphor one can conjure up. Alas, one car at a time.
