At first, you have to replace your timing belt every 50000miles, hopefully it was done at 50000, you've got 10000miles room to the next exchange.
If the gasket started to leak, replace it as soon as you can. The water pump is making a pressurized system inside your engine. The leak is starting to get bigger and bigger. Where I wonder about is, why the gasket leaks to the outside and why water. Normally the head gaskets start to leak oil to the outside and water goes mostly into the cylinders, as the pressure and the channels for oil and water lay in these ways. It's pretty rare to see the water pouring to the outside. A repair has to be done immediately in my opinion!
