I've used "House Of Kolor" brand paint products for years. They have several two part epoxy primers. The one I like the best is "KP-2CF" it works with magnesium. You can order it at www.hokpaint.com they ship in the US, or there may be a automotive paint store near you that carries it. PPG, BASF, Kirker, and other paint manufacturers make a "epoxy primer" also, but info on how to use them is not always on the can. HOK has tech info on the site to help.
