where to start. well I just got my T4 2.0L case but I was told that it has to be drilled and tapped for the oil gallies now what plugs should I use??

I'm going to be cleaning it this weekend and want to tap the hole B4 I do and just need to know what size tap and then I'll order the plugs ASAP and then what should I do next I really don't have a clue on what parts to pick. I don't know my budget yet I'm just saving and saving $$ right now so what would I do after I clean it I would like about 140hp and has much torqure has I can without having to sell my body off
that's my goal I just don't knwo what parts to put together to make all that happen. please HELP
