You mentioned that it is important with clean oil, I agree.
Here is an alternativ for oilfilter. It is from the hydraulic world, its a return filter for lid mounting on hydraulic tank. But it works very well with car engines.
It has a 10 mikron nominal filtration which is far better than a standard car oil filter. The larger size and filter area compensate the pressure drop increased by the better filtration.
As you see it is quite easy to mount it under the rear fender (I will probably mount some kind of protection plate in front of it).
I bought it from my local Parker store and also the steel braided teflon hoses.

We are a couple of guys who runs the filters both on street and race with good result.
