Dang, really sorry to hear about this!
Wiring the engine compartment is fairly straight forward. Depending on what sort of auxillary junk and accessories are wired in, there should really be under 10 main wires to contend with.
I've had mixed experiences with Arno's personally (last was about 4 years ago). Remember, nobody cares more about your car than you do.
