Just wanted to add to this discussion. I don't know what offsets work on bugs but, if 7" is too wide the Dodge Neon SRT-4 has 17x6" +45mm offset with a 5x100 PCD. They can be had for pretty cheap as well. Here is a link to some more info about the SRT-4 wheels
