Keith Seume mentions "phone dials" specifically in the German Look chapter of his
Custom Volkswagen book and there are pictures of them as well. My computer at home is down for a couple of days. I will try to remember to scan some pics in a few days if there are no responses. (A search revealed many threads but no pics that I could find.)
