They look like '95-'98 993 rear calipers.

I just bought a full set for my Ghia. As for the disk, I'm not sure. I've got 944 rear caliper brackets, and rear hubs. I'm just going to go with the stock rear 993 disk. Also, the calipers I have Do fit the 944 brackets.

*I snapped a few pictures tonight of the 993 rear caliper and the 944 bracket together. I forgot to mention the bleeders and the crossover tube will have to be switched. Originaly the calipers were mounted in front of the axles.
