howdy,

Yeah, that is the suction side of my dry sump pump. I am using it to suck the drain out of the turbo, thus keeping the super hot oil out of my case and pumping it directly to the oil coolers.

I have since researched this a bit, and I have decided to change it , I will be giving the turbo its own little sump, much like the 930 uses. So that when the engine/oil pump is turned off, the residual oil presure doesnt back up in the pipe and coke my bearings. Instead, it will trickle into a sump, where it will get sucked up next time I start the engine.

no muffler for now, but if it gets too loud, I have a 3" dymomax i can use to keep it civilized.
