I apologize to all of you.....because of the upgrade new members did not have the permission to upload pics. It is fixed now and it should work.
Members who had an avatar prior to the upgrade did not have the problem.

I had an avater before the upgrade.. yesterday I wanted to change it but I also missed the use custom avater button..
