I would suggest checking
www.tirerack.com , or
www.tire.com (America's Tire Company). If you go with the Porsche/German Look, you'll pay an arm and leg either way, with real rims or replicas. Unless you find some on Ebay, too. As for the Tuner/Euro-look, just check the Ricer Magazines and tirerack and the likes for some cool looking wheels. I have no clue about modifying a bus, I've never had the pleasure of working on one, although I would like to, if I had one. I would think you would have to at least tub the wheel wells to fit the bigger rims, if you're gonna lower it over the wheels...
