For a normal bug the front/rear bias is conveniently ~50/50. That also works well with the 944 setup front/rear with larger calipers at the back with around the same piston area as the front. For your application you are certainly going about it in the right way but there are a few unanswered questions:
1) What's the anticipated front/rear weight split?
2) What's the piston/disc (rotor) sizes of the CB fronts?
3) What m/c's are you going to use? - a good starting point is likely to be a pair of 19mm (0.750") units. With the bias adjuster you do have adjustability built in. If you run out of adjustment then its easy to swap in a different sized m/c for one of the lines without having to resort to different calipers that must be the final and most expensive alteration.

With your setup there are too many variables to give a difinitive answer but it should be too difficult to dial in the correct setup. Now if you had a dual m/c..................... (heaven help us!)
