It's been awfully long since I'd posted anything about my car. I'd been working on it during the evenings and weekends that I could, but haven't actually posted anything about it since there's been no real news to report. Over the holidays I've had enough time to really work on it, so I re-assembled the engine after replacing the pick-up tube, and the bearings, installed it in the car, made some corrections to how the engine sat in the compartment, and a few minutes ago, drove it (without a windshield
) out to the pavement to break the rings in.
What a drive.
First time I've driven it...I wish I had a windshield so I could drive it some more.
I'll post pics after I paint the back bumper, and install the windshield.
