It may be worth reassembling with the torsion bars left out. So the hub can go through its motions. Ckeck the motion of the shock absorber if you would please. Are the bolts definately parallel?

Lose the eurathane. PITA! only weeks of use after soaking in PTFE slick 50, they always start to sound like a million mice!
German black mounts running in talcum powder work a treat.

Sometimes I think my Kab's rear torsion bars are a bit soft tho' I have some heavy audio behind my rear seat :silly:
