With the 17" Rota's the bus runs even better then with the 16".
The tyres are a little bit higher/taller, so less rpm (or the same rpm, but a higher cruising speed ) for long trips.

The 7,5 inch wide front wheels went on without any problems.
The rears however are machined down from et16 to et20 (took 4mm off on the inside) and modified one rear drum by 2mm.
The torsion tube at the rear is 4 á 5mm out of the center line, but a 1964 13window, a 1966 11 window and my 1966 crew cab have the same deviation ....

Wally, the new 19" no option for you ??
