right:
from most bugs I think you can use a 7" wheel with 40mm offset so will use that as a 'limit'
Offset = Backspace - (Rim Width ÷ 2) = 114.3mm - 101.6 = 12.7mm offset, that's not a lot with 4 1/2" backspacing!
For an 8" wheel on stock front end you will need 52.7mm offset:
start with 12.7mm
gain 1 1/2" from narrowed beam = 38.1mm
lose 6mm from disc width
that gives you: 12.7+38.1-6=44.8mm
Sorry, not looking good, it also depends on what tyres you use.. Having 8" wheels up front under stock wings will also greatly limit your turning circle unless you heavily modify the inner wings...
