I've seen a few pics of yours ages ago. What fuel system are you using - that looks like some sort of single throttle body injection system?
I assume you use some sort of heater matrix to keep you warm - i used a Polo matrix under the rear seat - what did you use? What about SteveC, or don't you need heating in Oz ?
