Rear is easy if you want to retain the drums: its a thick center hub, which can easily be redrilled (all of the bolt location part is equally thick
)
Front is more work (haven't done that either btw) or you locate a set of specially made 5x130 early model 914 disks from some/one at 914club.com, which sold these a while back. Not cheap tho, but a bolt-on solution...
Its not all that easy like on a type 3 tho
