I think you indeed the best can use some kind of midmount, but then better the one that rob posted, because this one is mounted on the trans with more than ONLY two points.
I made my own, but i still will use the front mount

CSP got one from gene berg (maybe you have to change the rubbers for solid mounts, but time will tell.
