I have gone over the new rules with Zen and I think that this will be a good format. I think it will keep our cars well balaced but a class 1 car should still be within the reach of most budgets. There was a saftey factor in mind as we started this system. A fire extinguisher was made manditory and a car with a 120 HP engine, no seat-belts and drum brakes is not very safe car(just 1 example). I'm sure there are some things that have been overlooked, so lets put our minds together and see what we come up with.
