The red 9 design front lowering kit is about $500 plus shipping from the UK. Just a suggestion but you could get a CB-performance front disc brake kit with 2 1/2" dropped spindles for around $500. How are you going to attach the 924 front brakes to your ball joint front suspension. You can use steel 944 rear trailing arms with brakes as they just bolt on. You can lower the rear of your car by adjusting the splines on your rear torsion bars. You can use the porsche torsion bars for a firmer ride. This way you can run porsche wheels on your car, if thats what you want.
