"The tranny is a 911/01 with 108mm (96mm bolt circle) flanges. So it looks
like I will need 930 CV's at both ends of the half shafts/axles and 28 spline
axles of "stock length"--16.25".

Hi, why donīt you change the axle flanges? You can have them in 100 mm for Porsche 944 drive shafts or you can also have them for Beetles shafts. Even the Bugīs shafts will stand the torque of a 2.4 engine. Have some customers who drive the Bug-shafts with the 901/914- gearbox in combination with type 4 engines with 2.7 litre.

Look on my site www.bugat5speed.de and if it interests you, please contact me via e-mail (no PM please). Do send to the US - no problem.

Ask others for my products if you like. Have just send some conversion parts to the US for a 356 Outlaw-project.

Cheers Martin
