I have the same rear end in my 1303. It fits OK but you will need to clearance the chassis at the rear of the spring plate.
The front is a little harder, your 1302 uses what's called "3 bolt struts" you can convert your car to the later "2 bolt struts" and fit 944 stub axles. In my opinion your better adapting 944 brakes to your existing struts, talk to
