Hey guys im looking around for a g50 trans i really want a 6 speed
but for the right deal i would get a 5 speed. is there anything i should look for as far as year, bell type ect.. ive seen short and long bells. are they all tail shift or do some have side shift?
ive also read that some require some major work to get to work?
tell me if im wrong but i believe its the newer ones that need mods to work after 88 or so. what mods do they need? any info would be great, id hate to drop alot of cash on something i couldnt use.
