Porsche fan conversion for type - 4

How about Porsche fan conversion for type - 4 from csp-shop.de ,is that works well?It's looks nice,but this cooling system delivers the same amount of air to every cylinder?If air is not equal every cylinder thermally can be overloading? and oil leak can be possible? Must masching or drill or bored the engine? Carbon fiber shroud heating tolerate more than Fibergrass shroud?

i'm not aware of anyone doing any detailed testing on that shroud to know for sure. with most 911 shrouds it is assumed less than perfect equal cooling, but do some searches on here and you will find some people doing mods to balance the cooling. it is possible, but you need the ability to measure the changes.
