Now my Turn Signals are all Stupid. HELP!

After placing the tail-lights on...None of my signals work. No Left...NOo right...No hazards...no break lights. Oddly...The running lights work fine..eg. the lights that come on when the switch goes on.
The Turn signal actuator is brand new and all of the fuses are brand new and fine.
I have a sinking feeling the wiring is to blame...maybe a bad ground?
Headlights still work fine.

Any thoughts?

ON a side note. the turn signal switch DOES feel a littl "snug" is that just because it is new? In other woeds...the old one was kinda loose and easy when it "switched" this one feels like it's on tight or ruubin or something.

Check the fuses. The key must be on the get brake and turn lights to work. Each light assy. has a ground wire that is secured with a screw (must have good metal contact) just inside the engine bay or trunk depending on what light you are working on.
