I was curious as to what mods some of you are running on the rear of your super ? types of shocks , adj. spring plates ......? any other mods that would be beneficial ?

I'm running a 1303 IRS on my 55 oval, but with the 55 torsion bars to make it stiffer and modified the 55 spring plates to match the one from the 1303, it’s a huge improvement to the much softer 1303

I'm running the 21 3/4" torsion bars from a '62 Beetle, adjustable spring plates, with KYB GR2 shocks on the rear of my 1302. I'm also running a 3/4" Sway bar from EMPI. Before you put a swaybar on the rear you'll need to put a beefy one in the front or else you will have dangerous amounts of oversteer. It is a very stiff ride, its takes the corners very well I just need some sticker rear tires. Peace!
