Fan height?

Guys,

I can't seem to find the thread that states the height of the 911 fan after you have installed the Sharp kit.
I saw it once and I think its about 15" from the center crank to the top of the fan.
Also I know that some say between 38mm to 41mm have to be removed from the breather box for this mod.
Any info would help.
