Tech article link broken

I am trying to pull up the PDF link of the tech article "Look at my skinny arms" (located at: http://www.germanlook.com/Html/Tech/...ingIRSArms.pdf) and the link is broken.

I want to save and print this article, but can't because of the broken link.
