Check out my 914 2.0 heads
I just picked up these heads and wanted to see what everyone thought of them. Each head has one thread insert in the spark plug. The guy I got them from said he machined .010 off the chamber. He replaced the intakes but used old exhaust valves (Should be the other way around). They appear to be in pretty good shape. Let me know what you think.
Thanks, Jason OK here are all the pics. http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/jasonbrit...src=ph&.view=l Last edited by 55rag; March 3rd 2003 at 23:35. |

I do not see a carbon seal shelf machined in that head....ENSURE to lap each cylinder to each head befiore assembly, or head leaks are a very good possibility.
Those also look like sodium filled exhaust valves....(thus the dimple in the center) those are far from my favorite.

If I use them they will be sent in for porting, valves and probably to weld and rethread the spark plug inserts. I might be selling them do to the tax man. What would be a good price on these?
