Where are all the ghias?
I've been into the german/ euro look for a few years now and love the beetle but I'd like to get a karmann ghia. you don't really see many of those around? Is there a reason for that? I think that they're a little more stylish than the beetle.

I suppose that it is because there are not that many around, like the Bugs. And that makes them more expensive/"rare". And those that are around, are Ratlook'ed, CalLook'ed, RestoCalLook'ed or "StandardLook'ed"......
The few Ghias that I have seen in pics though looks fantastic! :agree:

Ghia's are a little more time consuming to fit wider Porsche wheels (ask Mikey). In the end they do look nice though. Ratrod's are primered, or flat paint (black usally), body all chopped-up, with wide white walls uke: , and the rims are sometimes painted red. They have a very simple interior also. IMHO the look should be for '20's,'30's, and 40's model american water pumpers, as the way it started.
