New Porshe Alloys

what would have to be done to fit 18x8 Porshe alloys on the back of a 73? It will stay stock height with disk brakes. Fitting them under the stock fenders is out of the question, so what are some of the things I should prepare and look for when converting? any help would be great.. Thanx
