heat exchangers/engine size

So anybody running anything up to 2l with heat exchangers i am going for a blow thru turbo and fuel injection system and i want to get a big lump with a nice high rev range and some heat in the cabin but what is the limiting factor for exchangers? i presume the head size exit ports must have something to do with it.
cheers
Cormac

cabin heat

I have not really looked into the gas heaters as i think it would be a lot of work where the exchangers are already plumbed it is pretty much free heat and no mods but if it wont fit on a bigger engine (T1) WHAT CAN YOU DO?

A good coat or some insultated coveralls would be the alternate to a gass heater
I have been toying with the idea of useing an oil coller/blower for a heater core under the back seat and back plumbing the heat thru the stock heat channels.
