SAW spring plates-correct holes?

does the SAW/CSP adjustable spring plates have the third bolt hole to mount the d-arm...i dont see it in any pictures on the net.

Mine didn't. Nothing a drill, file and tap didn't fix though. I was a little dissapointed with the adjustability, ended up swaping them off for a solid set and doing the adjustments initially.
