Recomendations for tires

I bought a set of rims there 13x5.5" and 14x7".The 13's will fit under the fenders nicely, and 14's might stick out a half inch or inch.Im not sure on tires to run.I was thinking of using a 165/70/13 and a 185/60 or 65 for or just get 195/60's for the 14's.Anyone on here know any sites for the old VW MK1's so I could possibly get and idea?I think they run those sizes but not sure.Also anyone know of anyone besides tirerack that carries a 165/70/13" tire thats easy to get in America lol
