Brake options with stock wheels?

On a later year VW with stock discs in the front..What are the options for upgrading the front brakes and still keeping stock Mangle type wheels?

I believe that Kerscher/CSP's vented disk kit will work under stock wheels. You can also keep the stock disk and use a caliper for a Talbot Horizon. Mike Ghia's website has the how-to on that.
