Koni apsorbers red or yellow?
Sorry if I haven't saw answer to my question on this forum by wieving old threads
![]() I'm in doubt, maybe someone has experience, so here's the question: 1. What is the difference between Koni red and Koni yellow? 2. Which one is better form my application and why? (puma ball joint front, 944 S alu arms rear) 3. Is there a better set of shock apsorber available? Just to mention: I'll drive on 15 inch fuchs wheels and big tire profile, I'd like it to be comfortable. So, what's your oppinion?? Thank you in advance! Best regards ![]()

![]() I'll do the same, just saw the prices ![]() What do you people think about Spax adjustable shock apsorbers (they're yellow). Is that a better choice? Price is allmoust the same... Best regards

The Koni Sports (aka yellows) are adjustable, rebuildable, and inverted. I have them on my Subaru and I can go from a nice comfy ride on the street to a stiff and responsive ride at the local auto-x or track with the turn of a knob.

Lib,
How hard was it to do the Koni's on the scooby.. I have the spt suspension aka STI RA but they are shot.. I will run the same spring which are similiar to the pinks without the drop.. Would you say they are track worthy then.. But curious on the whole chop cut and rebuild of the strut housing.. Alex
