Hey Brendan,

Yeah, tell me about it. I just got the issue in a few days ago, it looks good and should be very functional. I don't know about boxing in the carbs for my set-up? But it looks good, and to think I wanted to be the first guy to do it on a ACVW. Oh well I guesse I'l have to settle for being the first guy to do it to a German Look !!!

I looked at the site you posted, and I have to say that was almost the exact same thing I am doing, I am running the airto the rear quarter panels (exact spot as the cresant vents) and to the engine bay. But I am also going to make my own scoops to go over the cresant vents to get MORE air to the engine...

Though I'm kinda sad to say, I like the fact that other people around the US have the same basic idea for air intake
