http://www.defenselink.mil/pubs/dod1...iles/frame.htm ...and then select Marine Corps on the left frame. It says Department of the Navy. I've never heard of the Department of the Marine Corps. Does the Commandant of the Marine Corps report to the Secretary of the Navy, or the Chief of Naval Operations?
