pics of 944 rear conversion

Here as promised are the pics of my rear disc conversion

Some of the pictures aint that clear as i put the parts on concrete to take the pictures, how stupid was that???
It wasn't as difficult a conversion as i thought it would be and the braking is now alot better
One problem i have got is a occasional deep humming when braking lightly, there is a slight warp in the disk at the drivers side, about a millimeter of movement when veiwed by the pads. I think i either need a new disk or some softer pads, what you guys think??
