RX7 rotor dia

Guys, I got Lanner working on a RX7 brake conversion. But, he's giving me the choice of the rotors that I currently have 276mm dia and then the later year ones which are 294mm dia.

Will the 294 mm provide that much more stopping power? I really don't want to try and get cores for new rotors if the ones I currently got are already over kill or spend money if I don't need to.

I do plan on using 205 front tires with about 150hp, so would the 276mm provide me with enough stopping power?
