This gearbox also has a 7:31 R&P, same as a 914 box. The 923 is a 915 with a 901 bellhousing so you can use a push clutch setup instead of a pull setup commonly found on a 915.

You can convert the 915 from a pull to push quite easily though

Hi, I just received a PM from a member on Pelican Parts. The 7:31 and 8:15 are correct ring and pinions, sorry about that sandeep, had it wrong, I was thinking in a manner of regular VWs
