Hi,
What do plan to do to the T1 flywheel, the ring gear spacing for a porsche and a VW are different. I beleive you will need to use a 356 flywheel for a T1 or a 914 flywheel for a T4 engine. Also, I noticed that the porsche input spline isnt as long as the VW input spline. Bry

Agreed about the axle costs Steve - certainly scared me away!
Costwise, there isn't a whole lot of cost difference between T2 and 930 for the CVs themselves - it's the 930 boot prices that blow you out of the water. Plus the 930 spline axles are a bit higher too (for new axles) - it all adds up pretty quickly. Jeff |
