crank pulley removal

ok i got some insperation to work on my motor.

when i got it back from the shop that did the work it had a crank pulley on it(i don't remember it going in with one

)

so i'm trying to remove it and i cannot for the life of me get the bolt to budge. i even went as far as trying my torque gun but with no results. anyone got any ideas.
